Awww, my little man turned a big 5 today!  He had his birthday party last Saturday and it took a lot of convincing before he finally got it through his skull that that wasn’t his ACTUAL birthday.  LOL.  We have made the tradition of going out just the four of us on the kids’ b-day.  Tonight we had Outback and then he got to open his presents from Mommy, Daddy & big sister.  We couldn’t think of anything big to get him so he got lots of little things.  He LOVED it all!  Transformers & Legos galore!

Big Boy Bed…

My almost 5 yr old has finally gotten his big boy bed!  We put it off for awhile, but when he wouldn’t sleep in his toddler bed anymore he kind of made the decision for us.  We’ve gotten his new bed in pieces.  LOL.  First we got his mattress and then a week or so later we got his bedding and just today his bed got delivered.  It was a nice surprise for him when he came home from preschool.  He has been so excited waiting for his bed to get here!  He was so happy to take his nap today!!
